Ukraine's Counter-Offensive Is Not Going According to Plan
There is a feeling in Western capitals that the counter-offensive is not going according to plan. Sergey Tsumlenni, founder of the Berlin based European Resilience Initiative Centre thinks tank has dismissed the report as typical German arrogance. But it's important to remember that Ukraine has proven itself highly adaptive and I expect that there have been shifts in strategy in many weeks as a consequence of any errors articulated in this report. There may already be quite substantial changes that have been implemented as a result of these errors if indeed they can have articulated as such.
