The Importance of Expanding on a Topic for Two Minutes

There's nothing about bullet points in the scoring rubric. What does matter and why they're there? That's what we need to clarify. You are not scored for each part, right? There's not like a separate checklist for speaking part one, part two, part three. The examiner is listening for the same exact things in all three parts. As long as you verbally relate it to the topic with your words, you can talk about anything.
