The Right and the Wrong Way to Do Finances
I don't think I would put any amount of money with a partner unless I was married. And that's just like a very South Asian way of looking at things. For me, if the government's involved, then you get my money because there are legal systems in place. But clearly some part of me just wants to contribute 30% into our joint part and let's just keep everything else separate. Like not everything has to be shared in life.
