The Importance of Limits in Secular Science

I think in the world of secular science, where we're driven by data and metrics, we are basically sort of unhinged. We don't have anything anchoring us and limiting us. And whenever your life was centered towards God, everything that you did was mediated through a very complex knowledge system. So you had these limits, which you would not go. It's hard for people who come from backgrounds that do not believe in God, what an idol is.
