Bankman Free Is a Fraudster and He's a Bad Businessman

Bankman Free tried to set up a defense basically saying I made mistakes but didn't mean to defraud anyone. Under the federal rules of evidence he cannot introduce his out-of-court statement in his defense. They are indivisible hearsay and if the government wants to pick and choose and find bits of those interviews that are incriminating they can introduce them as admissions by a party opponent.
