A Polynarius denied that Christ's human nature had a rational soul. In agreement with manaphasite Christology, or one nature Christology, the settlement insists on there being only one person, one son in Christ. And thus the excesses of nastorianism are ruled out. The words person and who postoces are taken as synonyms in this statement. You notice it says that they concur in one person and one subsistence.
