I love that approach of kind of, you know, catching those really interesting research projects early on in the process. And we created a new role at Emerald about two years ago now called the Publishing Development Manager role. They work with their networks and try and go beyond their existing networks to reach out to new researchers. So they look at walks being done by institutions through the lens of the UN SDGs.
