The only collateral were the film rights to 10 Marvel characters, of which we could make four of the movies. The bank let us keep all of the non-film revenues, like toys and video games, in a different waterfall. And even if the film lost money, we were making 10 to 20 million per movie. So it was not a deal that the board could say no to.
