Severion's Message to the Witches Tower

Severion was asked to deliver a message to the witch's tower in the Citadel. He didn't know it at the time that he was delivering the letter, but apparently men who have passed puberty are not allowed to go there. The witches did something at night where they screamed wildly to multicolored lights in their own tower and the screams were not screams of pain as he was familiar with them from tortured clients.
