The Crips and Death Row

Sam worked on Death Row for 10 years before moving to the general population. After Tookie Williams' execution, things got hostile between correctional officers and Crips. Sam knew something was up when one of the incarcerated guys said he was willing to come talk to the administration. He laid out this elaborate plan about how the Crips had put together a viable plan to murder staff at St. Quentin as retribution for his death.
