"I love those little discrete data points but what the problem is is sometimes we're too stressed out to realize that those even existed," he says. "Sometimes it's nice just to um like if you know especially in this uh You know your role is like a critical care flight train if flight medic to just get a fresh set of eyes on a patient" He adds, "You just need to step back and say you know what maybe we just kind of like start over."
