I like to build it where there's the least amount of weather or natural disasters, because I think you could build a city off grid now that's pretty far off grid. If you had only self-driving cars on the highway, you wouldn't need a speed limit and there would be no traffic congestion. You'd just walk out to the curb with your baggage thrown in the back of a self-driving car and your boom in the middle of the city. That's what I think is going to happen.
