Technology can get us two thirds of the way there by itself. The remaining one third is going to be a big challenge. Victoria gill has attended these climate conferences for ears as one of the b b c science correspondents. She says countries are already setting out how they'll get to a point where they won't add any more to the total omissions in our atmosphere. But because we don't have all the answers, once you've used what's already on hand, what do you do? Or do you commit to keep trying, hoping that in the next 20 years, something will come along and help you out?
