How to Assess Upper Limb Injuries in Golfers
The most common upper limb injury in golfers is probably tennis elbow on their lead side. The two things I look at are how they're able to stabilize through their scapula and what their controller and their shoulders like. And the other thing I look at, especially with female golfers, is the control around their wrist. They really need to be able to control a neutral wrist position while they go into radial and ulna deviation.
