How to Scale Intimacy at Culture Con
Culture con started out as a small gathering of friends. As it grew, the event became more intimate and inclusive. The idea was to allow people to talk about anything but their jobs. It's so easy for strangers to make conversation on autopilot with such recurrent questions that when we ask them, they almost like slip out of our mouths unconsciously. This is not intimacy. Her unconventional ice breakers made people stop think and listen as they speak with one another.
