No one here has ever worked in private equity, so maybe it's counter and tutor to people like we h've all been operators. We would love to have these, at least weekly checkins, wherewere, you know, creating a connective tissue, touching base. And i feel li that's the opposite of maybe how traditionally you set up companies,. It's not for the benefit of the leadership. It's for thebenefit of the investors. If we think about it as the exact opposite, if we serve our customers well, which are the operators thn we're ging to get served well and our investors get served well.
