I think starting to develop with those with the skills gap, it also gives people an opportunity to come in and kind of own in quotations spaces. The other thing that's really fun about that from building out the team perspective is a lot of startups we don't have growth plans in place. Like help us figure out how to level everyone up in this area. And so you now have autonomy and responsibility in a way that I think is really helpful for growth.
