"## -BUSINESS IDEA 1- The 8 Sleep For Brown Noise

[YouTube Link:

Jonathan, a self-proclaimed sleep nerd, proposes a business idea inspired by his love of deep brown noise and its positive impact on his sleep. He suggests creating an AI-powered device, similar to the Eight Sleep mattress cover, but focused on delivering optimized brown noise. This device would dynamically adjust the bass levels based on surrounding noise, such as neighbors walking, and integrate with sleep trackers like Whoop to personalize the noise output depending on sleep stages. Recognizing the potential of the already existing Elran Evo brown noise machine, Jonathan suggests acquiring the company or simply reselling their product with better marketing as a stepping stone to building a connected, subscription-based noise device. He envisions expanding this \342\200\234sensitivity AI\342\200\235 company to address light sensitivity as well, ultimately offering a comprehensive solution for those highly sensitive to noise and light.

## -BUSINESS IDEA 2- Sophisticated Male Pleasure Devices

[YouTube Link:

Jonathan points out the disparity in the market for sex toys, where women enjoy aesthetically pleasing and discreet options while men are stuck with less sophisticated products. He proposes a business opportunity to develop a premium brand of \"self-pleasure devices\" for men, emphasizing sleek design, advanced technology, and a focus on user experience. He criticizes the existing market leaders for lacking sophistication and suggests branding that mirrors the success of the cannabis industry, which successfully elevated its image through brands like MedMen. He advocates for a brand like Liquid Death, known for its edgy and humorous approach, but applied to the male sex toy market. To further the comparison with Teenage Engineering\'s minimalist aesthetic, Jonathan suggests naming the venture \"Adult Engineering,\" with product names like \"DBN\" for deep brown noise, subtly hinting at a dual-purpose function for sleep enhancement.

## -BUSINESS IDEA 3- Digital Addiction Support & Brick Expansion

[YouTube Link:

Jonathan highlights the growing concern of phone addiction and proposes a business built around expanding the existing \342\200\234Brick\342\200\235 product. Brick is a physical device that locks certain apps on a user\342\200\231s phone for a set period. He suggests building a comprehensive platform focused on digital addiction, combining education, support, and physical tools like Brick to help users regain control over their digital consumption. This platform would include a content strategy with a YouTube channel, free mini-courses, ebooks, and a community, similar to the model employed by AJ&Smart. He emphasizes building a media and information product business rather than solely relying on the physical product, potentially writing a book on the topic and launching it using direct response marketing tactics. He also suggests corporate training on digital awareness to expand the reach and impact of the business.

## BUSINESS LEARNING 1- Direct Response Marketing

[YouTube Link:

Jonathan credits Russell Brunson and his book \"Expert Secrets\" for introducing him to the power of direct response marketing, a strategy focused on measurable results and immediate customer responses. He recounts his own experience using webinars as a primary marketing tool, leading to significant success in selling his courses. He advocates for the effectiveness of Russell\'s approach, particularly for information products, highlighting the clarity it brings to understanding the return on investment for each marketing effort. Jonathan acknowledges the negative perception surrounding Russell Brunson and clickfunnels within certain circles but believes that his teachings are invaluable for small businesses seeking to maximize their marketing ROI. He recommends reading \"Expert Secrets\" and \"Traffic Secrets\" as essential resources for anyone looking to learn about this approach to marketing.

"## **1- BUSINESS IDEA- Picking a Vertical**

[YouTube Link:

Instead of trying to build a billion-dollar company from the get-go, focus on dominating a specific niche market. Find a vertical, even a small one, where you and your co-founder can become experts and outcompete everyone else. This could be a specific type of lawyer, a niche industry, or a particular demographic. The goal is to achieve $100 million in annual revenue by solving the unique problems of this specific group. Once you dominate that niche, you can leverage your success to expand into other areas organically or through acquisitions, without needing external funding.
