I want to make sure i'm understanding where you are with the quoanq, ugly asset. So you looked for a sight that was ugly, that had a good foundation, that you could do a lot with. How did that work out for you? And where is the business to day? Yes, so it worked out incredibly well. I mean, my first online business purchasing was a horrible nightmare. My second one was like winning the lottery. It was completely the opposite.
