The Case of Jan Carbot in the Netherlands

Dr. Jody Madeira, a law professor at Indiana University is following more than 20 cases in the United States and abroad. Texas passed a law of making this a crime after the McMorrie case, but Dr. McMorrie's behavior remains legal in 47 American states. So many doctors use their own sperm to impregnate women, so many fertility doctors. That's like borderline an epidemic. Like I didn't include every case, just the most obvious ones.
