Breathing has such an impact on our bodies and cognitively, how our brains are working. We completely forget it's it's so, so important. And of course, you had to do a lot of visualization this year in the run up to the olympic games because you had a new operation. Visualization was your training? Ye, exactly. Throughout the whole pandemic, like we wen't allowed to dive in the pool, and we couldn't do all our training was done doing somersaults on to our sofa cushions,. So visualization became ony way i could train. That was the only way i could be in the pool  was in my head
