The chat GPT announcement felt a little bit like a seminal event, a real wow moment. I think AI is going to improve our lives, not replace them. It's undoubtedly going to disenfranchise a lot of jobs and things that can be done by computers. As an example, customer support, you can see it'd be really easy to train datasets into conversational AI and reduce your customer support staffs by 90% or something like that.
