The Birth of Apache

Apache was born primarily out of my neglect, so I'm famous for something that I abandoned. The real progenitors of the Apache project like Brian Behan-Dorf were basically taking HTTPD and reporting a lot of bugs. So those guys eventually said, well, hey, why don't we get together and combine our efforts and that became Apache.
