How to Harness the Power of Remote?

For those that are operating remote, which just means everybody work from home to day, they're probably just agan taking what used to work at the office and trying to mimic it in in the non office setting. I'd love for you to dig in on some of the things maybe that you do within your team, within the company, that really allow you to harness the power of remote. And what are some things? Cause i think you're right, you know, for those that areoperating remote,  you have to be drastically more intentional.
