Towards this inner listening all through the day, not just when weare sitting physically with our eyes closed in meditation. There is a training to come into this art of listening - so that no matter whether your body is busy or still, your eyes are open or closed. You want to get so trained in this direction of inner listening that this is who we're listening to all the time and who we're asking to be directed by all the time. Where we know the answer is, where we know the solution is, all thetime.
