How to Block People on Twitter

I block with wild abandon on Twitter. Maybe it is a little bit of sexism on my part to think that women can handle that kind of thing and men can. So meaning I am not that offended when I see someone saying something about a man's appearance, then I would be went as because I think somehow women are more sensitive to it. But I'm not saying that I see that for you. Because you don't see people who don't follow you, maybe you're missing out at some of the really juicy stuff going on out there.
