Gene Expression and Enhancer Promoter Interactions in Single Cells

Everything these days is moving to single cell level. And so as we're looking at this organization in single cells, what is this adding to what we know about gene regulation? So the single cell can really give us an understanding of the actual frequency of the event. What I think I personally would like to take away is that unequivocally, structure matters for function and just because we haven't fully figured it out yet, doesn't mean it doesn't matter.
