Climbing all the V2s in the gym does not count as resting. You have to, you can't scale back the intensity and then dial up the volume. That's really fucking hard to do when you're climbing. Climbing is just so much more half hazard and it's fun. Even like a, even a six hour climbing day where you don't climb very much is still like a pretty damn big day.
