I believe that you should start with customers. You should start by looking at kind of where are those underserved, overcharged, overwhelmed areas of the market and then kind of working back. But again, to flip things, obviously the issue that I have seen is when you spend too long creating this quite isolated almost just solely customer orientated view for a bank. And often code names of projects and all sort of silly things really almost create a separation between what you're really doing and why you're doing it in the first place.
