The SEC and the FDIC have been moving against banks specifically with crypto ties. Emmer asked them a very question: Is it harder for these companies to get bank accounts now than it was a few years ago? It's a very simple question. Gary Gensler should know, he's the head of the SEC that is moving against these companies shutting them down. With the laws, then they shouldn't be offering their products in the U.S., she said.
