i invented the value validation project because i ran into that situation so many times. We have to give this person a piece of paper and hope that they can read between the lines, which tis almost impossible to do for somebody who is reading dozens of resimes at once. So what i started doing was putting together these slide decks where i would go research the heck out of the company.
