The Invasion of Ukraine Has Been a Wake Up Call

The invasion of ukraine has convinced, particularly the europeans, that their assumptions about how they could deal with russia were wrong. So the invasion really has been a wake up call that lets people know we're dealing with a global phenomenon of authoritarianism and aggressive authoritarianism. And there needs to be a global strategy iner how to deal with it on a global basis not just with respect to china.
