i think a big part of this too is having perspective on, like, figuring out where the stocacity enters into the process and what other people are going through too. i get a lot of comments saying, oh, you know, i got rejected from five, five f interviews in a row. That's something that people just don't don't realize. I love the idea of refurs and stuff like that. Wit the strategy we found works really well as emaling hiring managers and getting in touch with them directly as a proof of worktoo.
