The average home in the United States built in 1977 has less than eight foot ceilings. About 2-thirds or maybe 60% of a home that's built on site for cost is labor. So we've really gone deep in trying to understand what can we do to bring down the cost of housing. It allows us to create good, high paying jobs by towns that maybe don't have as much opportunity.
