Diabetes and Albuminuria - Is There a Treatment Effect?
There's no clear evidence that the benefits of empirical flows and differ by diabetes status, or baseline kidney function. There was some evidence that the magnitude of benefit appeared greater in people with macaralbiumuria. But part of the problem is that if you look at the normal albuminuria subgroup, there are only 80 events. And so I don't know that you're going to see a big effect in this group when the study is cut short.
