How Do You Think About Onboarding for Engineers?
Iat evolved organically, actually. When i started, the manager of grammerly business created a great getting started guide and it really quickly caught fire across the organization. We care a lot about autonomy and empowering teams. There's no sort of deferring to the person with the highest title because they should know better cause they've got that title. It really gives the opportunity for people to just have an evil equene even playing field with each other when they're having discussions or debates. And so what's great is that good ideas can come from anywhere. Opportunities to lead projects can come from anyone and be given to any one. That's what you want to do as an engineer
