There's a lot of opportunity and loads of opportunities to do more, you know, be involved in all of the development work that's going on. Do you want to be involved? I was asked to do this on behalf of the HRA. So they are very good at getting members involved if they wish to be. That gives you a better feel as part of the organization and you can shape the organization.
