There's a whole neurodynamic or neurologic concept called PNF or proprioceptive neuromuscular feedback, facilitation. It requires you watching the arm or the hand while it's doing the movement. So now I'm working this muscle. I'm looking at it literally contract and lengthen as it's going through its full range of motion. And I think we're going to help improve what's happening within that muscle. There's no reason healthy individuals or people who haven't had an injury can't take advantage of that principle.
