America has the highest cost for insolente among the developed economies in the world. In west virginia, they have a law to cap it, but that's only capped at a hundred dollars a month. Extra 65 dollars a month, or 780 dollars per year, could make a huge difference for people in west virginia. Other states have no caps. And i just do understand why you wouldn't be doing everything in your power as a united states senator to leverage the power of the federal government to change that and make it affordable for everybody. These are real things. They affect real people.
