Is There a Good Fit?
There are a few categories that are generally accepted as being chunks that make up a manager's full package. Depending on the club, and depending on what the structure is around you, some of those are just more important than others. I think there are some examples where, for example, Liverpool, when they were looking for new manager in 2015, they were seemingly choosing between Ancelotti and Klopp. But I really strongly felt Klopp was a better fit because he just came from a club in Dortmund like a kind of slightly working men's club. And I just thought Klopp tapped into the quite unique feel around Liverpool better than Ancelotti would have.
