Carroll: If you think that free will is some somehow an ability of human beings to not be guided by the laws of physics, then you were in trouble long before quanti mechanics came along. To me, what free will means is a person who has opinions, who uses reason and thinking to reach usulsions, persuade, not correctly all time.
