Doing Too Much Miss Can Inhibit Results From Your Strength Training Workouts
Lis is less likely to turn off protein synthesis, and it's less likely to get in the way of ouseing results from your strength workouts. It's also easier on your joints, since it's generally like walking or hiking, and lower impact which just tends to be less stress on your joints. To me, lis is a great compliment to my programme, and it is my preference over miss. Miss can blunt protein synthesis, which i talked about before.
