The film holds up incredibly well, except for the soundtrack. The music feels like they literally just took the soundtrack from the interstitials in 30 Rock. Kate Winslet's character is the epitome of the manic pixie dream girl. She says multiple times to Joel that she isn't here to play the role of like the person who whisks them away to a fun, crazy new life.
