It was a little over 16 years before you venture out into really taking a stab at entrepreneurship. So 16 years is quite the time. How old were you when you gave your notice? I was 38 years old. And what do you, I mean you had it in you. Your father also had the bug as well as an entrepreneur also. What do you think it took so long? "I struggle with that," he says.
