Are You Bottle Conditioning Your Stouts?

We've done 14 beers in this series since we've kind of re inaugurated the barrel age stouts. And two of those 14 have had any kind of non grain adjunct. The adjuncted ones, I think, drop off sooner. But like something like finders keepers probably can hang on for a couple of years. We've sometimes, yeah, typically it's about a year in that we find some of the beers seem to perform best in front of like judges and competition.
