i'm just curious how the organizations kind of approaches, cause this can be a big shift if you're going from an organization that has historically just relied on kind of a traditional l and d approach. We talk about the fact it's not a stop doing what you're doing just completely turned the ship, but it is a bit of a shift. Where do organizations start with that? Because if they're, if they're ground zero with behavior, or thinking about behaviors that tit can feel overwhelming. In some ways, you're kind of like a little a i coach.
