The Origins of the Brahmi Script

The earliest evidence of Brahmi script dates to around the 4th century BCE. The Akaymani Persians came into contact with Indus Valley societies. It could be that they adopted the concept of the Aramayan alphabet and utilised it to script their own local language, which is represented in the modern world by Tamil and Kanada.
