Are You Swimming in First Amendment Rights When You're a Public Employee on the Job?
This is going to be a very interest case because, you know, as we've discussed before, if you are a public employee, you're not exactly swimming in first amendment rights. And i'm not, i don't know that this is a foregone conclusion kind of case. My prediction is that this is going to, at least for me and my two axies on the supreme court, rubbers, going to hit the road on this.
