The Importance of Balance in Parenting

Parents are really good at doing the action but bad at treating the reaction. When we think okay I've got limited time and I'm gonna go get it I'm gonna get after it we miss the mark a lot of times. Almost every exercise I do with my clients has a stretch component and a flexion to build strength on those muscles plus the quads. If you're if you don't have a good stretch to strength ratio then you're just likely gonna compile tension in your body which will lead to pain.
