The Effect of Specular Highlights on the Lens

The size of the specular highlights is not what it's referring to at all like that, because that just has to do with the focal length and the aperture of the lens. This is the quality like the shape,. we refer to things like onion rings where you'll see texture on the inside of those specular highlights. If your aperture was hearts or you know, Xs or whatever you actually does this, yeah, specifically have like the little inserts to make them into those shapes, you would get heart shaped specular highlights in a photo.
